MEET THE FOUNDER
Where it all began…..
“My endless affair with design runs deep; after pursuing a career in fashion, surrounded by luxurious fabrics, shapes and trends, it only embarked my passion for homeware.
With an everlasting fascination for home décor and interior design, it seemed like a natural evolution to pursuit my own home décor brand.
The inspiration was to create designs that translate my own sense of style, experience and knowledge to bring you, simple, elegant minimal pieces to your home.
The brand “Unka” is very personal and unique . A name that runs through generations of ancestry. The name originated from my Great-Grandfather’s middle name, and also my surname. A name I am proud to carry and now as a brand close to my heart.”

OUR APPROACH
Each Unka piece has been researched, designed and developed from raw materials or personally selected by Dipti herself; and carefully finalised to ensure each product exudes the timeless personality that the brand stands for. Our collection is made using the finest materials providing elevated classics at an affordable luxury.
SUSTAINABILITY
While leading the way in sustainability as an environmentally conscious brand, all elements used within our packaging have been carefully curated with wellbeing and simplicity in mind, using recycled and biodegradable materials.
