Unka Reserves the right to refuse any order which is subject to errors in pricing or where it is no longer possible to supply a particular product for some reason.
Description/ Dimensions Of Goods
Dimensions of all products are available on our website, which are all approximated. This is due to many of our items being handmade and there may be slight variations in the measurements. The customer should satisfy themselves that the goods will fit into their property as intended. Products pictured on the website may be photographed with other items which are not included in the product descriptions. Photographs are for illustrative purpose only.
Product Variation
As most of our products are made to order, we receive these in batches, which means there may be a slight difference in the colour of each batch. however all our products are QC checked to ensure they are as consistent as possible. However we cannot guarantee every batch will be identical. Please take care of your products, as we unfortunately do not accept responsibility for any fading or discolouration that may occur due to exposure to direct or indirect sunlight We also do not accept responsibility for fading or discolouration that may occur due to exposure from chemicals which are sprayed on or near your products. We recommend that your fabric products are always cleaned by professional cleaners.
Bespoke orders - If an order is accepted and is a bespoke item - eg in a size/ specification/ colour that is not advertised on our website, you are unable to cancel your order once payment has been made. Payment must be made in full before we will place your order into production.
Agate/ Quartz are a natural occurring stone; no two pieces will be the same. Each item may have natural flaws/ discolouration which are present, these are unavoidable but these flaws all add to the beauty of the coasters.

Due to many variations in monitors and browsers, colour may appear different on different monitors. Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and colour reproduction on the internet is not precise. Since it is not possible to guarantee our online colours will look the same on all computers/ phones. We cannot guarantee that what you see accurately portrays the colour of the actual product. We do our very best to make sure our products on screen are as close in colour to the exact product as possible, but cannot guarantee that what you see is an identical colour version.
DELIVERY & PROMOTIONS
These are subject to change. We unfortunately are not responsible for delays in delivery and for unforeseen circumstances if the courier is unable to deliver due to severe weather conditions or due to public holidays. However we will help to liase with the courier companies to provide you with the most up-to-date information possible.
Promotional codes, coupons & offers - Only one promotional code may be used per order. Promotions do not apply to the delivery cost unless specifically mentioned. Unka reserves the right to refuse or cancel promotional codes at any time.
