Returns & exchanges

As an independent retailer, we unfortunately do not accept refunds at this time, but we will be offering exchanges, on products of the same value or above. Customers are advised to contact us for a return address. Exchanges will only be processed until the items are received in their original condition and packaging. Exchanges are only available, subject to availability. Customers are liable to pay for any remaining cost if they wish to exchange for a more expensive item. We, unfortunately, will not be able to refund the difference, if the customer wishes to exchange for a cheaper item. An exchange request must be made within 2 weeks after the customer has received the item in question. All customers are liable for their own shipping fees when exchanging an item. FAULTY ITEMS

If an item received is faulty or has manufacturing issues, we will ensure to send a replacement to you. However, we would require images to be sent to hello@unkahome.com for approval. Any defects or damages to the goods should be reported in writing as within 48 hours of receiving the goods and must include proof of purchase or an order number. Replacements will be dispatched once the original item has been returned to us in the original packaging, subject to stock availability. Please note replacements for faulty images are not guaranteed unless approved.
